Meadow Plank

Our Meadow Plank features a distinct board form finish in individual 6″ concrete planks. Board form concrete beautifully combines the movement, depth, and rawness of both wood and concrete into one product. Concrete is cast on molds that capture the grain, fibers, and knots of natural 6” cypress wood planks that give the Meadow Plank its distinguishing look. The individual planks are smaller and lighter than our full size wall panels which helps make install and custom layouts easy in either horizontal or vertical orientation. Our FormEffects collection allows you to create the aesthetic of structural poured-in-place concrete walls but with the ease and flexibility of lightweight precast panels. Offered in 5 standard colors that capture the natural tones of concrete and user friendly standard sizes, FormEffects makes it easy for new and seasoned designers alike to transform any space with remarkable concrete surfaces.

Interior vs Exterior

The Meadow Plank is offered in either an interior or exterior option. Interior panels are intended to be a decorative wall finish so they are slightly thinner and lighter in weight. They are installed to typical interior wall substrates, like gypsum board or plywood, using only an adhesive epoxy for installation.

Exterior panels utilize a GFRC mix design suitable for façade installations. Undercut holes are drilled into the back of the panels to allow the installation of a KEIL anchor. The KEIL anchor allows the panels to be bolted to a wall bracket & rail hanging systems, such as those provided by Monarch Metal Inc.

Corner Conditions

Outside corners with the Meadow Plank are best suited to be mitered in the field. Inside corners are typically recommended to be a lap joint condition.
