The FormEffects collection is offered in 5 standard colors, as show on each product page, to make the product accessible and cost effective for a variety of projects. Concrete is a natural material and is subject to small amounts of color variation from component to component. Changes in raw material can also occur over time so new control samples should be requested prior to the start of any new project.

All precast components are recommended to be seamed with ⅛” wide joints. Our products are handcrafted, therefore a variance in joint width should be expected. Joints can be filled with a siliconized caulk, such as Laticrete Latasil or TEC Accucolor, which are available in a wide variety of colors.

All of FormEffects precast products are shipped from our facility fully sealed on all finished surfaces. The choice of sealer will be tailored to the specific project depending on the desired concrete finish and product application in order to provide the best protection possible. Product data of the specific sealer will be provided along with a Care & Maintenance guide as each sealer has unique properties and we recommend using the same sealer for any re-sealing applications.
