Get samples of the real thing.
A standard sample kit is available at no cost and includes up to 6 samples at 2″ x 8″. Please use the form below to submit your sample request and we’ll be glad to introduce you to our FormEffects products.
All samples are processed and shipped based on availability and typically arrives within 1-2 weeks via USPS. If you need your sample kit more immediately, please provide a FedEx Account # to be used in creating the expedited shipment.
